As a former opera singer and voice teacher with a career on international stages, I understand how vital healthy breathing and functional movement are—not only for performance, but for everyday life. Years ago I overcame major musculoskeletal abnormalities that would have kept me from my passion for singing. This personal experience set me on a quest for more information not only for myself, but for my students. Today, I help people from all walks of life, including singers, musicians, and those living with anxiety, panic disorders, sleep challenges, or breathing dysfunctions, find ease and strength in their bodies through science-based, practical techniques.
My work focuses on retraining the body’s natural breathing patterns and restoring balance to the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems. These gentle, non-invasive techniques can boost focus, improve sleep, reduce anxiety, support the body’s natural functions, and contribute to overall well being.
I bring to this work the same passion and dedication that once brought me to Carnegie Hall and the opera stage. It’s my joy now to help others reclaim their breath and revitalize their lives — on and off the stage.
